DELIVERY POLICY

Products are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Purchased products are delivered using the Omniva, DPD and Venipak parcel terminal networks.

Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order.

Standard products are delivered to the address or parcel terminal specified by the Buyer within 2–7 business days.

If the selected products include personalization (e.g., name embroidery), the delivery time may be extended to 10–14 business days.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ship the products within up to 45 calendar days, notifying the customer in advance.

We make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the stated time frame.

However, we are not responsible for delivery delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we commit to informing the customer as soon as possible about the reason for the delay and the expected delivery time.
