REFUND POLICY

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the Product, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product may only be used for its intended purpose, and the Buyer must ensure that the product’s quality and safety are maintained.

If the product has been used inappropriately or damaged, the Seller may reduce the refundable amount accordingly.

RETURN AND REFUND TERMS

• The withdrawal form must be sent to the following email: info@yotstore.eu
• The product must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
• The Buyer covers the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product does not correspond to the order.
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After receiving the returned product, the Seller will issue the refund within 14 days.

The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the product or proof of its return has been received.

The Seller is not responsible for any delay, failure to perform, or other non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

The Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal if the product has been custom-made or personalized according to the Buyer’s specifications.
