SIA “YOT”, registration No. 50203652841, address: Enerģētiķu iela 7–17, Salaspils, LV-2121, hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”, “we”, or “us”, provides the content available on the website www.yotstore.eu and supplies goods/services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out below.
When a consumer purchases goods or services through this website, such a transaction is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, among others.
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart, fill in all required fields, and select the preferred delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be displayed before payment. Complete the purchase by making the payment.
The payment currency on the website is Euro (EUR).

Personal data necessary for payment processing are transmitted to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force upon successful payment to the Online Store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date of notification.
All prices are indicated in EUR, inclusive of 21% VAT. Prices and information displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Deliveries are carried out via the Omniva, DPD and Venipak parcel networks.
Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Standard products are delivered to the address or parcel terminal specified by the Buyer within 2–7 business days.
If the selected products include personalization (e.g., name embroidery), the delivery time may be extended to 10–14 business days.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days, in which case the customer will be duly informed.

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order.
However, we are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify the customer as soon as possible of the delay and the expected delivery time.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be used only for its intended purpose, and the Buyer must ensure that the product retains its quality and safety.
If the product has been used improperly or is damaged, the Seller may reduce the amount refunded.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
The Buyer covers the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product does not comply with the order.
The product must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
The Seller is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations arising from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Online Store.
Consumers have no right of withdrawal for products made to order or personalized items.
The Seller is liable for any non-conformity of goods to the contract discovered within 6 months of delivery.
Complaints must be submitted within 2 months after the defect has been discovered.

The Seller will respond to consumer complaints within 15 days.
The Seller processes only those personal data provided by the Buyer when placing an order (name, surname, email address, etc.).
To ensure delivery, the Seller may transfer the Buyer’s personal data to the respective transport service provider.
If the Buyer has agreed to receive marketing communications, the Seller may occasionally contact the Buyer with information about services and special offers. For this purpose, the Buyer’s email address will be processed.
The Buyer has the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by writing to info@yotstore.eu.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation.
If this is not possible, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia or through the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).The Buyer also has the right to apply to EU dispute resolution bodies.
Products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website.
Information on product availability is provided during the ordering process.
In exceptional cases, errors or changes may occur. In such cases, the customer will be informed via email, and we will make every effort to fulfill the order in the most suitable way possible.
We strive to represent product colors and features as accurately as possible.
However, the Buyer should be aware that the actual color and appearance of the goods may differ from those displayed on the screen, depending on monitor or device settings and lighting conditions.
We cannot guarantee exact color accuracy and accept no responsibility for such variations.
